This portal represents a strategic collaboration between United Cree, the Indigenous Skilled Trades Alliance (ISTA), ONSITE3D, and IndigiTAL—four Indigenous-led organizations working together to strengthen workforce readiness, infrastructure delivery, and technology integration across Canada’s industrial and community development sectors.

Each organization brings a distinct and complementary capability. Together, they form a connected ecosystem that supports training, employment pathways, project execution, and innovation—grounded in Indigenous leadership, accountability, and long-term impact.
